ACCESSIBILITY
EVERYONE DESERVES ROOM TO EXPLORE
Quantum Inspirations is built around curiosity, exploration, creativity, and connection.
Those ideas mean very little if people encounter unnecessary barriers when trying to participate.
We are committed to making Quantum Inspirations and its projects as welcoming and accessible as reasonably possible for people with different abilities, needs, technologies, and ways of experiencing the world.
Accessibility is part of inclusion.
OUR APPROACH
Accessibility is not something we consider finished.
Websites change.
Technology changes.
Standards evolve.
And people experience digital spaces in different ways.
We are continually learning and working to improve the accessibility and usability of Quantum Inspirations and the projects connected with it.
We may not always get everything right.
When we discover a problem, we want to understand it and, whenever reasonably possible, improve it.
DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY
As our websites and digital projects develop, we aim to consider accessibility in areas such as:
Clear and understandable navigation
Readable text and appropriate contrast
Logical page organization and headings
Descriptive links
Alternative text for meaningful images
Keyboard accessibility where supported
Compatibility with assistive technologies
Captions or transcripts for media when reasonably available
Avoiding unnecessary visual or navigational barriers
Content that can be understood without relying solely on color
Some accessibility features may also depend on the platforms and third-party technologies used to provide our websites and services.
IMAGES & VISUAL CONTENT
Images are an important part of many Quantum Inspirations projects.
Whenever practical, meaningful images should include alternative text or surrounding context that communicates their purpose to visitors who cannot see them.
Decorative images may not require additional descriptions when they do not provide information necessary to understand the page.
We also try to consider readability when placing text over photographs, illustrations, or other complex backgrounds.
AUDIO & VIDEO
Broadcasting, music, interviews, videos, gaming content, recordings, and other media are important parts of the Quantum Inspirations family.
We recognize that audio and video content can present accessibility challenges.
As our media collections grow, we will continue exploring practical ways to provide captions, transcripts, descriptions, written summaries, or other alternatives when appropriate and reasonably possible.
GAMING CONTENT
Games can present their own accessibility considerations.
Where practical, we encourage awareness of features such as readable text, understandable instructions, assisted audio options, visual clarity, and other accessibility tools provided by gaming groups, including but not limited to people with mobility disabilities.
Some accessibility features within third-party games are outside our control, but we believe accessible gaming and participation are worth supporting.
PLAIN LANGUAGE MATTERS
Accessibility isn't only technical.
Information should also be understandable.
We try to communicate in language that feels human rather than unnecessarily complicated, while still giving complex subjects the depth they deserve.
If something can be explained clearly, we'd rather explain it clearly.
THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
Quantum Inspirations may link to, embed, or use websites, media players, social platforms, applications, games, services, and other resources operated by third parties.
We cannot control the accessibility of every external service or resource.
When a third-party platform creates an accessibility barrier, we will consider reasonable alternatives when they are available to us.
HELP US IMPROVE
People who actually encounter accessibility barriers can often identify problems that automated tools and accessibility checklists miss.
If something on Quantum Inspirations or one of our projects is difficult or impossible for you to access, please tell us.
When contacting us about an accessibility issue, it is helpful to include:
The page or project where you encountered the problem
What you were trying to access or accomplish
A description of the barrier
The device, operating system with version number, browser with version number, or assistive technology involved, if relevant
An alternative format or accommodation that might help, if you know one
You do not need to understand the technical cause of a problem before contacting us.
We'll do our best to investigate.
ACCESSIBILITY IS A PROCESS
We don't want to make promises that technology, third-party platforms, or our own resources may prevent us from keeping perfectly.
What we can promise is the intention to listen, learn, and improve.
Accessibility is not a box we check once.
It is an ongoing part of building something meant for a community.
ACCESS SHOULD EXPAND CURIOSITY, NOT LIMIT IT
Different people experience the world differently.
That's not an obstacle to curiosity.
It's one of the reasons curiosity matters.
We want Quantum Inspirations to continue becoming a place where more people can explore, participate, create, listen, play, discover, and connect.
Because curiosity belongs to everyone.
